Placing the order

Choose your preferred bike and accessories in our store or directly through our website.

Lease code

All we need from you is your lease activation code and a list of the items you would like to order.

Your new bike is on it's way to you!

We will take care of everything else. While your lease application is being reviewed and approved, we will already start preparing your order. This helps minimise the waiting time, so you can start enjoying your new bike as soon as possible.

As soon as your bike has arrived and your lease application has been approved, we will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup appointment.

Pickup appointment

Before your visit, we will fully assemble your bike and install all selected accessories at no additional cost. When you arrive at our store, one of our team members will help adjust the bike to your preferences and explain everything you need to know about your new bike and lease agreement.
