I purchased an e-bike at Just Ride On
If you purchased your e-bike at Just Ride On, there are a few important steps to keep in mind when scheduling your appointment. To ensure a smooth and efficient repair process, please send us clear pictures or a short video of the damage or issue with your bike. You can share this via WhatsApp or email it to service@justrideon.nl.
I purchased an e-bike elsewhere
If your e-bike was purchased elsewhere, we’ll need a few additional details along with the above:
- Proof of Purchase: A copy or screenshot of your original purchase invoice.
- Bike ID (TENWAYS): This can be found just above the bottom bracket, below the pedals on the main frame of your bike. I'ts the number below the QR code.
- Frame number (Cowboy): This can be found in the user manual under a QR code. In the Cowboy app, go to Settings > Advanced and look for the serial number.
- Damage Documentation: Clear photos of the damage. For electrical issues, please include a short video showing the problem.
