Just Ride On Amsterdam B.V. is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 96700661 and is established in the Netherlands. Just Ride On is not affiliated with, and does not act as an agent of, Cowboy NV or TENWAYS Technovation Europe B.V.; it is an independent authorised retailer of Cowboy and TENWAYS e-bikes.
2. Nature of this notice
This Legal Notice is published to meet the trader-identification requirements of Dutch and EU law for online sellers (including Book 6, Section 5a of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek) on distance contracts, and the trader-traceability obligations of the EU Digital Services Act). It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which together form the full terms on which we do business.
3. Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, images, product photography, logos, and layout of this Site are owned by Just Ride On Amsterdam B.V. or used under licence from our suppliers and brand partners, including Cowboy NV and TENWAYS Technovation Europe B.V. The Cowboy and TENWAYS names, logos, and product designs are trademarks of their respective owners and are used with permission to advertise and sell their products. You may view and download pages of this Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content without our prior written consent.
4. Manufacturer relationship
Just Ride On sells new Cowboy and TENWAYS e-bikes as an authorised reseller. Certain manufacturer-specific services; for example the Cowboy companion app, Cowboy Connect subscription, and TENWAYS app features, are provided directly by Cowboy NV and TENWAYS Technovation Europe B.V. under their own terms. Which you accept separately when you activate those services. Just Ride On is the seller of record for your purchase and your primary point of contact for orders, returns, and warranty claims; we coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf where needed.
5. Liability and disclaimer
We take reasonable care to keep the information on this Site accurate and up to date, including prices, stock availability, and product specifications, but we do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Product images are for illustration; actual colour and finish may vary slightly. Nothing in this notice limits any statutory right you have as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.
6. Complaints and dispute resolution
If something isn't right, please contact us first at hello@justrideon.nl or +31 20 - 7920631 so we can resolve it directly. Most issues are solved this way within a few days.
If we can't reach a solution together, consumers based in the Netherlands can bring a dispute before the competent Dutch court for the district of Amsterdam, or seek independent advice from the Consumers' Association (Consumentenbond) or the European Consumer Centre Netherlands (ECC Netherlands, eccnederland.nl). Please note that the European Commission's online dispute resolution ("ODR") platform was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025 and can no longer be used to file a complaint.
7. Changes to this notice
We may update this Legal Notice from time to time, for example when our company details, registrations, or brand partnerships change. The version published on this page is always the current one.
