Who can book online?

Online service and warranty appointments are for bikes bought at Just Ride On.

Bought your bike somewhere else? Here's the quickest route to help:

  • TENWAYS from tenways.com or another dealer: KwikFit E-Bike Service Point Amsterdam, Overtoom 36-40.
  • Cowboy: reach out to Cowboy through the Cowboy app.
  • Bought via fietsenwinkel.nl: you can book service through mijn.fietsenwinkel.nl.
  • Bought from another dealer: your own dealer can usually help you fastest.

Which bikes do you service?

We only work on Cowboy and TENWAYS e-bikes. Sticking to these two means we always have the right parts in stock and the right tools ready.
