You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused
• The product must be unassembled
• The product must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

If a bike has been assembled, ridden or shows signs of use, a depreciation fee may apply.

For e-bikes, a fee of up to €500 may be deducted from the refund amount, depending on the condition of the bike.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging. It must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that some items are non-returnable, including:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Personalised or custom-made items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can guide you through the process.

If your bike arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement or refund where applicable.

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process as described above, and then place a new order for the item you desire. We will process the new order as quickly as possible.

Just Ride On reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise.
