Return Policy

At Just Ride On, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely content with your order, we're here to help.

  • 14 Day Return Period

    We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery on most products. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Assembled or used

    If you have assembled or used the bike we will need to charge a 'loss of value' fee of €500 because we will no longer be able to sell the bike as new.

  • Eligibility for Returns

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. It must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please note that some items are non-returnable, including:

    - Gift cards
    - Downloadable software products
    - Personalized or custom-made items

  • Return Process

    If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact us at to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
    2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    3. Securely package your item, include the RMA number, and return it to the address provided by our customer support team.

  • Return Shipping

    The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • Damaged or Defective Items

    If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturer's defect, please contact us immediately. We will make arrangements for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

  • Exchanges

    If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process as described above, and then place a new order for the item you desire. We will process the new order as quickly as possible.

    Just Ride On reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise.
